Landscaping Launch Weekend Successful
Widnes Vikings star Ian Hardman was at Widnes Landscape Center on Saturday to publicise our change of name to Landscape Center and to promote our newly re-built and refurbished display area. He met local junior players, signed autographs and was present for the cutting of our Landscape Center celebration cake which was given out to visitors to the display.
One of his many tasks on Saturday was to make the official presentation to Halton Hornets Junior Rugby League Team of the training kit and clothing recently sponsored by Landscape Center and Marshalls. The juniors also received free tickets to watch Widnes Vikings play Leigh Centurions on Easter Monday.
The event was well attended by both the trade and general public. Many visitors placed orders to take advantage of the generous Launch Weekend special offers. Despite a damp and gloomy start on Saturday the weather stayed dry and gave everyone the opportunity to inspect the newly re-built paving and landscaping display.
The winners of the Competition Prize Draw will be announced on Monday.
