Lunts Heath Paving Center is the specialist paving and landscaping department of Build Center Widnes, now known as Widnes Landscape Center. In addition to the support and wide range of stock available from Build Centers nationwide, we offer a unique opportunity to see a wide range of paving and landscaping products gathered together in one safe and convenient outdoor display. We sell quality garden landscaping products: paving flags, block paving, walling and fencing, decorative aggregates and railway sleepers.
History
This picture shows our main entrance and shop/warehouse building bearing our old Lunts Heath signage. We have been trading from this site on Lunts Heath Road for over twenty years since Lunts Heath Building Supplies was first established by Robert Price. The business was developed over the years with assistance from his son Christopher which lead to re-investment in new plant and machinery. Many improvements were made including new delivery vehicles, new JCB teletruks, our first website and culminating in the construction of our current shop and warehouse building. These improvements and our trading success brought us to the attention of Wolseley UK who acquired the business in August 2006.
Since Monday 13th November 2006 we have officially been trading as Build Center Widnes. We are now fully connected to the Wolseley computer system and are able to serve account customers from any of the Wolseley Center branches.
Most recently, on the 19th of February 2008, we were re-branded as Widnes Landscape Center as part of a major new initiative by Build Center to increase it's presence in the paving and landscaping market.

The most striking feature of the yard is our public outdoor display area. The display extends along the full length of our shop and warehouse building alongside Lunts Heath Road. Pay us a visit, browse around and see our full range of flags and block paving. Collect a price list and brochure from the self service cabin on our display.
All the products that we sell are on view either on stands or actually in place on the floor. For technical reasons, relating to printing and photography, many illustrations in brochures can give a misleading impression of the appearance of paving products, gravel and natural stone. Our display gives customers the opportunity to make properly informed judgements of the true colour and texture of our paving in a natural outdoor setting.
Extensive Stock, Lots of Choice
We stock B.S.Eaton, Bradstone, Brett Landscaping, Marshalls, Pavestone, Stonemarket and our own Center Brand products. Also natural stone including Indian Stone and slate paving. This year we have expanded our range of contemporary paving including Marshalls Argent Paving. Please note that since our re-branding as Widnes Landscape Center we are changing some of the items we stock. For all the latest news call in and see us at Lunts Heath, Widnes. Delivery Service and Tool Shop
We deliver in Merseyside, North Cheshire and South Lancashire using our own lorries. See our How to Buy page for our delivery conditions. We also stock a range of general building materials including common bricks, blocks, drains and plaster. Our shop in the new warehouse building also has a range of builder's, plasterer's and landscaping tools. We now sell a selection of power tools, safety clothing and safety equipment.
Our Extensive Stock Yard
Visitors are reminded that although they are welcome to walk freely around the display area as sign posted, they should not go into other parts of the yard unless directed or accompanied by Landscape Center staff. For your own safety, take care at all times, especially around other visitors' and tradesmen's vehicles. Do not try to unpack any of our products by yourself. When you have paid at the counter, our staff will assist you in collecting your purchases and loading your vehicle safely. Do not climb on packs of flags or blocks or walk in between them. Remember that this is a working yard and fork lift trucks and heavy lorries are operating all the time.
